My boat has sunk, someone else needs to start rowing

Aparently, according to Darlene, because I have had Marc blocked ( for well over a year) I'm not supposed to be starting daily threads.

I've thought a lot about this situation since my original post, and I've decided to continue doing this daily thread. Until time that OH puts into their Terms Of Service something that says a person who has blocked a member can't start a thread, then there is no reason why I should stop.
As my late mom used to say, " if you don't like my apples, don't shake my apple tree!".

protien spiked coffee---thanks for the tips on this, BTW

You not only keep us on our toes , but if I'm wrong tell me, it keeps you on the straight and narrow too.
I like to read Marc's posts, but come on. Are we adults or not? some people on these forums act more imature than the kids I work with.
Marc needs to remember his "big girl" panties and get on with life.
You keep posting...this is sometimes the best support I get..(the rest comes from Annette and my group)...but we need you to continue with this.

Seriously speaking though, with Marc's newfound interest in Weigh****chers, this thread would be ideal for him. It's a moot point now, since he deactivated his account.
Now, I noticed you are the only one who posted your food intake for the day. So I thought I would add mine.
B - (4PM) - Omelet - at least 5 days a week. Mary hears my alarm go off and she goes to the kitchen to make my egg and cheese omelet. Dang, she's good to me.
L - Chicken and ham 1/2 sandwich on rye bread. No condiments.
S - Quesadilla (1/3 of one)
Snacks - 1/3 cup honey roasted cashews
1/3 cup pretzel sticks
2/3 cup non-sweetened applesauce
Lots of cheese.
In the morning, before I go to bed, I normally have 3 pieces of the Dove Christmas chocolate and then a couple of sugar free Werthers.
I told you I really do eat a lot.
