I didn't have what I planned at all - here's how it went down
B: Sttrawberry yogurt parfait
L: Little chicken gumbo and a chicken finger - fried skin and all
S: 1/2 a small slice of lemon bundt cake
D; 1/2 boca chicken patty with pepper jack cheese
S: ??
I'm probably going to try to forgo the snack - but I usually end up with some trail mix or something.

Okay..Im verrry late but I need to post this. Here I am at 1:30 am, first time online today...busy day, Monday..slept in hurried off to swimming...shopped a bit...home to make dinner..then off to my LifePath meeting and didnt get home til midnight then had to fight Derek for the internet.
So this is what I had Monday:
B protein drink w/ skim milk powder
S banana w/ peanut butter
L homemade soup
S 2 slices Rosemary Ham rolled over lettuce & green pepper strips
D salad: romaine lettuce w/ dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds, rosemary ham, old cheddar & light poppyseed dressing
S homemade soup
3 litres of water
all my supplements

Let's see how much I can remember.
B - Mary made me a delicious omelet. 2 eggs, cheese, tomatoes, sausage, and bell pepper. I ate a little more than half of it. It was good, but I should not have eaten that much. I am a bad boy.
L - 1/6 quesadilla
S- 1/6 quesadilla
S(2) - 1/6 quesadilla (see a pattern here?)
Snacks - 1/3 cup pretzels, 1/3 cup honey roasted cashews, 2 fun size 100 grand bars (the Halloween sized ones). 1/2 dill pickle. And of course, cheese.
Will drink my gallon of crystal light, just as I do almost every day.
