Good morning crew, how's your boat floating???  It looks like my weight has stabilized at 132-133, which isn't so bad, although I'd love to get off about 5 more lbs. Spring is coming and I'd love to not go buy new clothes. But....this will be the 3rd year for some of those things in my closet, so maybe something new wouldn't be bad.

Okay, Fosamax Monday. The only good thing that comes from it is that I get 20 oz of water in first thing in the morning, so I get a head start on that for the day.

The plan is a little loose today, but so far I'm thinkin.......

latte

b--bkfst burrito
protein coffee
s- applesauce w/ cottage cheese
protein coffee
l--left over udon noodle soup

s--?? benefit bar
latte
d--curried lamb w/ brown rice and veggies

s--???

Love and hugs to all.

Thanks for all your kind words yesterday, they meant more than you know

good morning

well ive had coffee and a bowl of oatmeal with cranberries and nuts so far

the plan is a sandwich for lunch on flat bread, a banana as a snack

not sure after that.

it seems when i get home from the hospital i get a little nuts, so my dinners
have kinda been snacks the last few days, since i dont want to do both

my weight is holding, would like to lose 4 pounds, but it does not seem to
be happening.

have a great day everyone, jacki

Good Morning

Well, I haven't been planning too well the past week, but have been doing OK.  The scale is happy, but I'd rather get a handle on things.  It seems if I stay away from the cookies, I can eat almost anything else.    I really want to stick to the program, though, and continue to make it a habit.  Here goes:

B:  My usual, fruit and cottage cheese

L:  leftover sirloin steak with onions and mushrooms and melted swiss  (restaurant prepared, not me.  I make soups and chili...)

S:  2 low fat cheese sticks

D:  Probably a large tossed salad with turkey.

S:  Shooting for yogurt
      Maybe apple and pb?

I have to go try to pack.  Usually I'm packed a week ahead.  I haven't even started....

Everyone have a good day.

Glad your scales are happy!  When they're happy, we're happy.

Have a great day!

Ya know. . . In the words of a very wise redhead. . . Just because you got lots of pretty new luggage it does NOT mean that you have to take it all !!!!! Seriously, I know you two will have a wonderful time. Get warm for me too!

Four pieces, plus a collapsible duffle bag.  I could fill them all, but then I'd have to haul them all.  Maybe I'll find a poor but horny beach boy to come home with me and haul luggage for favors.

Ya never know!

Can't scratch something that doesn't itch anymore......

Great minds think alike! I hadn't even read this post when I mentioned the need for space for a cabana boy!
