Not many people posting their eating plans lately. We miss you and you NEED us to help you stay accountable. I know more than 2 or 3 of us are eating...

latte

crustless calzone

benefit bar

udon noodle soup

applesauce w/ cottage cheese

d--not sure, gotta think about that one

s--we'll see what dinner brings first

Oh....I did 30 min on my Wii yesterday. Actually did the basic run, about 3/4 mile. This from a person who isn't even supposed to be walking without a brace!!  WhoooHoooooo

Sailboat Sorry Susan. Food has been a nightmare this past week. I could hardly read what everybody was eating without wanting to jump ship.

Back to my rowing and help move this Battleship
B- cottage cheese & banana
L - I'll try for a small bit of green beans, ham & cheese roll up
D- chicken probably
S - that's still iffy

My scale still needs a battery but I'm sure my weight is down so out came the tape measure. My upper arm is a scrawny 9 ",  hips 34", bust was a joke, then I got discouraged and gave up. I do feel better and that's a plus.

Kisses

I like the battleship!!!  So appropriate, as it IS a battle, isn't it?

So glad to see you're on the mend, but golly...9" arms??? Time to get that battery to see where you are so you can do what you need to do. Don't make me come up there!

Love you, worry about you. Big hugs

MMMM sausage and veggies. That sounds really good. Too bad I didn't buy that bell pepper I meant to get before we got iced in. I have some turkey brats in the freezer, that would have been yummy.

I know you're really good about posting with us, I was just trying to get some more crewmates.

Have a grand day!

Hi Mary Jane,

I strive for at LEAST 80  grams a day, every day. Don't you just love Greek yogurt? I use it as a substituute for any recipe that calls for sour cream. Great texture, and all that additional protein. What's not to love?

Tell me about your protein coffee. I know others mix protein powder in with their coffee, is that what you do? I might have to give it a try.

Hi Susan,

I put 1/2 scoop protein + SF vanilla syrup (not too much...too sweet) and a small amt. of water (1 tsp. about) and with my aerolatte (little twister thing) I beat it and then add the hot coffee.  You have to make a paste before you add hot liquid.  I also do this with SF hot chocolate sometimes.  Hope you like it. unflavored protein? I have vanilla and chocolate. Might just have to try it after lunch.

Thanks!
