Sailing, sailing--what are you eating today?

Good morning one and all. Hope your boat is happily rolling down the river. 

Gary wanted crustless calzone for dinner last night, so when I mixed it up I added about 15 slices of diced turkey pepperoni to it. Man, was it great!  I highly recommend you trying this addition if you give it a try.

Here's my day so far. Gary is home because of the weather, so it's all subject to change.

latte

1/2 egg sand w' 1 slice thin bacon

cottage cheese w/ applesauce

whole wheat southwest pasta salad 1/4 c pasta salad and a slice of crustless calzone

s--???  benefit fiber bar

d-- udon noodle soup w/ lots of veggies and chicken

What are YOU eating today??

B: half of ham, mushroom and cheese omelet
S: orange
L: other half of omelet
S: apple
S: half of banana before work out
S: half of banana after work out
D: what ever hubby makes
S: yogurt with walnuts added for crunch

dinner sounds like the best meal....no cooking for YOU!  LOL

Just read where you're going to be gone for a bit. Hope you're able to come back soon. Don't work too hard..K?

s. 5.5 Atkins
l. Cottage Cheese fat free.
S 5.5 Atkins
D. 2 oz yogurt

Okay..the day is over but I still need to post:

B  protein drink w/ skim milk

S  banana

L  Wendy's chili

S   grapes

D   salad of romaine, roast beef, shredded carrots, raisins, slivered almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & Renees Light poppyseed dressing

S  protein drink

2 out of 3 bottles of water done, one to go

all my supplements
