Sailing, sailing--what are you eating today?
Good morning one and all. Hope your boat is happily rolling down the river.
Gary wanted crustless calzone for dinner last night, so when I mixed it up I added about 15 slices of diced turkey pepperoni to it. Man, was it great! I highly recommend you trying this addition if you give it a try.
Here's my day so far. Gary is home because of the weather, so it's all subject to change.

1/2 egg sand w' 1 slice thin bacon
cottage cheese w/ applesauce
whole wheat southwest pasta salad 1/4 c pasta salad and a slice of crustless calzone
s--??? benefit fiber bar
d-- udon noodle soup w/ lots of veggies and chicken
