I'm doing better today. About time.

1/2 poached egg
That was weird because I haven't wanted an egg in ages but it is a start to eating again.

Despair, yup, know that feeling all to well. I seem to have settled at 133, eight lbs above my personal ideal weight, although 135 was my original goal when I started this journey. I'm still fitting into some 4's and some of the 6's that I've tried on are still too big, so I guess I'm ok, even though those numbers haunt me so.

I really, really need to get off my arse and start exercising. I know it would make the difference.
