WOW, what a transformation you've made. CONGRATULATIONS! Seeing pictures like this always amazes me. I hope to get to my goal...weight loss seems to be slowing down at this point....guess this is normal? You look wonderful.

Hi Sybul,
You really do look wonderful. I would shout to the heavens and to everyone around if I was into a size 4...be proud! I am really struggling now...my eating is not as healthy as it has been. I am tall though- I would be absolutely THRILLED to wear a 12. I'm at 16 on top and 16/18 on bottom now. I think my skeleton would be a 12. Keep up the good work!
