I'm thinking about doing a "Minnie Pearl" thing...

It's been a while since I've had a WOW moment.  I just bought my first pair of size 4 jeans.  I've gone from a 4x to a 4 in a little over a year and a half!  I told my husband that I feel like "forgetting" to take the sticky label off the leg when I sport them to work today for jeans Friday, lol.

WOW is right, I don't know how people do that, I never made it past size 10 and that was one pair of Ralph Lauren jeans, otherwise, 12 is where I'm at, I still hope one day to be a single digit size, just an 8, but I do not mind where I am either, it's just that I have worked really hard at my weightloss and never achieved the results of some. . .  we are all different. . .  Congrats on what is a really great moment for you!

Hugs, Laureen

Part of it is that I'm really short, lol.  5ft 2in.  I added my latest photo to my profile.  I can't believe how much I've changed.  I am truly grateful.

I am 5 ft. 2 too!  lol. . .  once was 5 2 and 3/4 and you know how that goes, when you are short, every inch matters ;)

You look wonderful!!!  I wear a size 4, but I'm struggling to stay in them. I didn't even know that size existed!

Knock 'em dead this morning.  Oh...sorry, maybe not a good choice of words considering where you work....lol

I just checked out your pics.  WOW, girl!  You look wonderful!

I think the tag on the jeans thing is a wonderful idea.  When I wore size 3x I always hid my coat under others at group things. Now that I'm into a medium, I proudly hang it right on top.  It's the little things, you know?

I'm a nurse, too, looking at a happy healthy retirement.  Isn't it great to be able to do the job with no effort after all these years?

Great work!

Connie, WOW - that's truly amazing!  Am I on track?  I know we're not supposed to compare to others, but I'm just curious.  Have a great day skinny minny!  LOL
My goal is 135 -- I should be able to get there, wouldn't you think?  I truly would like to go lower, but I'll take what I can get.  Just being off the meds and down 64 pounds is a miracle for me.  Truly a miracle.  Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd get the weight off.  I'm so blessed.

I actually took a picture of my size 4 tag to send to my sister so I completely understand the sticky on the leg thing.   I now have a coulple pr of 2s around.   I was wearing a size 28when this all started.  oh btw, I am the tall one of the group at 5'3".  lol
My body does not define who I am but I am trying to define my body.  It  gets easier with every pound I drop.
