L  leftover crab cake (done)

S  piece of cheese (done)

D BPW Dinner meeting at Swiss Chalet so that will be chicken leg

S  homemade soup

3 litres of water (2 done, one to go)

all my supplements  (done)

Ladies,
Would you mind if I join. I know i am in a little new sail boat but I can't seem to get all in. I know I am just over three weeks out. Yet please help ....

B. 1 egg a little sausage
L. pudding 4oz
D. 1 oz fish fat free cottage cheese 1 oz.
s. flax clusters soften half pack
s. Atkins protein drink 5.5 oz
water 52 oz

Of course you can join on!!!  Glad to have you.

Your day looks good, but are you sure about that sausage?  Every doctor's guidelines are different, so I'm just wondering. Is it a link, patty, or ground sausage?

Susan very ground, more for flavor. I made it for my husband and cooked my egg on top then fed the sausage to the dogs. just wanted to claim a little for me.
