Goal and I'm not talking Hockey
I'm mostly a lurker these days but I do keep up with everyone.
Thursday January 28th will be 2 years since my surgery and I reached my personal goal of 110lbs lost TODAY
I have my 2 year check up on Wednesday. I hope this goal weight sticks around for a couple days and not just be something I saw for about 10 minutes this morning.
Now I want to go maybe 5 more lbs.
I'll have to update my ticker

Congratulations Mary!
I, myself, have been losing ground on this and am becoming very discouraged to say the least, but I continue to do what I can and hope that the weight that has inched back on, will be chased away by spending more time at the gym and so forth. . . anyway, it's always nice to see you and I wish you the best as you go on to the maintence phase of this journey.
P.S. if it's a ticker from the one of those sites, usually you click on it and it takes you to the site, where with your password you can change what needs changing, otherwise, I am not sure. . .
Hugs, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
