Hi Everyone,

I am seasick..lol

I did something wrong, Gained two pounds this weekend.  All I slippped in was a few pretzel sticks.  Maybe it is water weight.

Today so far :

B -  Protein drink

Lunch _ atkins food bar

Dinner - I think Chicken and veggies

Snack  - No pretzels -  Maybe a protein drink or cottage cheese

That's it for me!    

Oh went to my psychiatrist and she wrote a prescriptions for lab work.  So I stopped off at  the hospital and had those done.   I am anxious to see what they are.
