Heya gang

I lost another 2 pounds (almost) ... 1.8 actually... and there really is very little hunger and plenty food, so I am acclimating well... still a lot easier than I had anticipated.

Lots of food that doesn't count... yogurt and veggies and fruit and soups... all zero points.

For lunch today I had 2 turkey franks of WhiteWheat buns with mustard and catsup, a bag of baked Cheetos, and a bowl of homemade Egg Drop Soup.... 7 points total... and I get 42 points every day plus 35 weekly points to use when I want/need plus all my activity points... I have 7 already and this is only day 2.

Anyway... going really well... nice to be losing after steadily gaining and gaining for so long...

I walked a 16 minute mile today... on a course with lots of hills... and I entered another 5 K race next Saturday.

Onward!!

wow! That IS exciting...way to go, Marc!!

It's alot more encouraging when you actually see the steady drop, isnt it.

Congratulations!

Mark,
What yogurt do you eat that is 0 points?  I've never found one less than 2 points.
Thanks!

When you say yogurt, does it have to be regular yogurt, or does the custard type yogurt count?  Curious.  I might have to think of doing something with it.  But your exercise does not hurt.  That is where I really lack.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

The only yogurt that is zero WW points is the Fiber One... and luckily it is also delicious!

WW calculates points kinda funny too... for instance, one Fiber One yogurt is zero points, two of them is 2.5 points... hehe... kinda discourages overeating eh!
