Moving along, rowing that boat.....What are YOU eating???

Morning Crew Mates!

 I had a choice this morning; get up and stay on schedule, or lay in bed, get up, drink coffee and sit around in my jammies. Guess which one won?  Gary's not feeling well, so he doesn't want breakfast. Guess I'll go forrage around for something.

He brought home a roasted chicken from Sam's yesterday, so I'll debone it and use it for some things this week.

Here's what I'm thinking my day will be. All subject to change at this point though!

latte

b--bkfst burrito  

s- orange/ pecans  no orange, just a few pecans

l-- cabbage soup, probably   nope, went to Five Guys Burgers and had 2/3 of a little burger and a few fries
 latte....sf, ff

s--cottage cheese and applesauce   will probably have this as my evening snack

d--baked chicken chimichangas, maybe some un-fried refried beans if I feel like making them


Hope everyone is doing well. I appreciate you guys playing along with me on this. It has really helped me plan better and stay more focused. You're the BEST!

Hello Susan.....here is what I have planned....

B-2 hard boiled eggs

S-banana

L-turkey and cheese roll ups and cherry tomatoes

D- chicken, stuffing, mixed veggies (Jamie's request...they will also be having other things I don't eat)

S-??????

Good morning..well, morning for me! *s*

Today will be devoted to laundry, my office cleanup & doing paperwork. This is my menu for Sunday:

B    creamsicle protein drink (done)

S    banana stuffed w/peanut butter (done)

L     small can of salmon w/FF mayo & green pickle relish

S     hard cheese & multigrain crackers

D     roast chicken & green salad

S     homemade soup

I will have all my water in and all of my supplements

B -    Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon
S -    Pretzels
L -    Turkey Bacon w/ Quiche
S -    EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
D -   Gordon's Grilled Tilapia w/ tossed salad & Italian dressing
        (Cal 80  Fat 2g  Carbs <1g  Protein 14g)
S -    EAS Chocolate Protein Shake (maybe)

Calories 963  Fat 34.8g  Fiber 11.1g  Carbs 69.6g  Protein 91.9g

Well here goes on my boat...

B - 4 oz ff refried beans with 1 laughing Cow cheese

S - Pam's protein Chai Tea, my version

L - 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich with spinach

S - 2 oz almonds

D - chicken thigh and cauliflower + cheese

Now for the bad part - I just ate 2 mini chocolate bars,  grrrrr, hate when I do that!!

All my vitamins and water - Done.
