Looking for new crew mates----what are you eating???

Hey folks,

We've got a good base crew of our folks posting their daily intakes, but we could always use more!  All of us agree that accountability is a powerful tool for success. So, please don't think this is an exclusive boat, you can jump on anytime!

Yesterday was a great food day for me. I stayed right on plan and schedule. Let's see if I can string two days together!

s-- orange, pecans

l-- crustless calzone

s-  cottage cheese/applesauce

d- left over cabbage soup, 1 slice beer bread

s--

That's the plan and I'm sticking to it! Hope you all have a good day

L:  Pork Chop w/Peppers, Onion and salad

S:  Yogurt

D:  Not sure

Lot's of water and hopefully nothing I am not supposed to eat. . .

Hi Susan, my boat tipped yesterday....drank some wine to unwind! I needed it to relax.

B: Brownberry's double protein bread toasted, with peanut butter and SF jelly
S: Atkins shake
S: apple
L: eye of round and veggies
S: orange
S: on drive home a banana
D: Don't know, maybe fish and veggies
S: V-8 juice or a piece of toast with PB on it.

Need to get on this boat of yours -  just back from an all-inclusive vacation and I turned that boat over so many times I almost sank it... afraid to get on that scale...

Need to have more water.... hoping for lots today - salt just about killed me!!

Hi Susan and everyone here and those yet to write their menu's..:)

Today is going to be busy for me.  Hopefully I will stick to this.

B-  Protein Drink
Snack-  Nope
Lunch - Wendy's chili
Snack - Probably a protein drink
Dinner _  Maybe beef rollups or chili again..

That is my plan, however, please note this might change...lol

a ton of coffee
3 ounces of a turkey brest and 3 veggie chips
