and....BRAVO TO YOU Cassie!!! We are too hard on ourselves aren't we? ...we are that NOT that hard on our friends.....so I guess we need to be better friends to ourselves.....we will "turn it around"....forgive ourselves and try to be kinder.

Hi Marti,
Thanks for this post. I had been admonishing myself because I've had a regain. And then coming into work I saw myself in the glass in the door. It's the reflective kind to block out the UV rays. I could see sunlight all the way up between my legs! Before WLS I always had to worry about my thighs rubbing together and wearing through my pants.
Thanks for the new prospective. I will attempt to look at the good things too.
