Well, it's 3 pm my time and so far I've had 2 cups of coffee and my cottage cheese and fruit. I've been to tan (getting ready for the cruise, ya know) and to the library. All the rest of the day I've been sanding and painting. Only about 15 minutes of that left, then will scrounge something to eat. probably a grilled turkey and cheese sandwich. That may be supper. Depends if I get hungry later.
This is when I have the problem...late start, don't plan ahead, and get caught up in whatever project is current.
Gonna go at least take my vitamins.

A favorite saying of mine, when it comes to clients calling in at the last minute is: " Poor planing on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine". Of course, I never say that, but I do think it.
I think it could also lend itself to our situations when we don't plan ahead. I know I get behind on my calories, protein, whatever, and then find myself grazing all evening to catch up. This daily thread has helped me not do that as much.
Yep, guess we're the only ones eating today. Or, maybe we're the only ones talking about it??

Just real busy. I hve to try and get my protein in tonight. I am not up to all m y water or crystal lite yet either. I did enough walking today to get some good excercise in.

I'm late getting online but I'm here!
I've already noted the swelling in my feet is getting much less!! Yayy! Im really enjoying the swimming..well, okay, actually just "jogging" in the water but it keeps my legs moving and my arms doing resistance movements under the surface. I'd do it seven days a week if I had nothing else to do...lol. Now if they could only invent support stockings that pull up easily when your legs are still warm and moist.
Here is my plan for today:
B hot chocolate protein drink (done)
S banana stuffed with peanut butter (done)
L small can of red salmon w/ FF mayo & a tsp of green pickle relish (done)
S hard cheese (done)
D bowl of home made tomato/beef/bean/veggie soup
S handful of mixed nuts
