Rolling down the river---what are you eating???

Today will probably be pretty much a repeat of yesterday.

B:  (at 11:30..I just crawled outta bed...):  lowfat cottage cheese and fruit
S:  nothin', I just got up....
L:  last of the salmon with a tossed salad
S:  V-8 juice sounds good skipped it
D:  pizza one slice
S:  I'm looking at a protein bar, but will probably scarf down the last piece of pizza.  (I'm being honest here)  Gotta get rid of it some how.
Actually managed to avoid the second piece of pizza, didn't eat the protein bar, but did have a piece of coffeecake instead.  (They shouldn't leave that stuff lying around at work).

Ate two cheese sticks after work.  (Better than the pizza...) (Do I seem fixated on the pizza....?  Guess so...)

I'm doing better because I'm writing it down.  No cookies for a week.  The scale likes it.

I know a way you can get rid of the last piece of pizza......THROW IT AWAY! 

Throwing away food can be incredibly empowering. We've been trained since birth not to wast food. Well, that piece of pizza won't do any hungry person anywhere in the world any good, so what good does it do them for YOU to eat it???  When you throw away uneaten food, it proves to yourself that you have power over that food, not it overpowering you. 

Be good to yourself. Eat the protein bar.

Breakfast - still can't make myself eat it.  Had coffee.  This needs to be one of my areas of focus!

AM Snack - none

Lunch - Leftover chicken teriaki and sauteed vegetables

Snack - not sure

Dinner - going out for my birthday.  I'll probably have steak and veggies.  Nope - had most of an alacarte cheese enchilada!  Yum.  Birthday food.

I've read somewhere that the way the sumo wrestlers get so big is to skip breakfast and lunch and eat one big meal.  I need to start eating three appropriate meals! 

I'll start tomorrow.

Hello, Susan and the gang!

This is my plan for Thursday:

B   hot chocolate protein drink

S   piece of  hard cheese

L   small can of salmon, drained w/ FF mayo and a r=touch of green pickle relish

S   banana stuffed w/ peanut butter

D   homemade beef, barley & veggie soup

S   hot chocolate protien drink

~3 litres of water and all my supplements~

I got obsessed last night with a new quilt I'm starting and played right though the night! First thing I knew Beast was open my shop door at 4:30am! I went to bed around 6 when he left for work and slept until noon. That knocked my whole day off kilter but the sewing room play was worth it! I got further off schedule on my vitamins this afternoon because I had a Dr. appt. and didn't get home until after 5...missed 2 doses! So I'm sitting up until one when I can take my last dose of calcium!

Todays eats were.....
Pre-B....hot protein chai tea
B...cottage cheese with coconut and amaretto SF syrup with a few blackberries...tum!
L (as in the second meal of the day) meatballs, sauce and provolone cheese
D...Fage cheesecake with chery pie topping
S...hot protein chai tea
