Rolling down the river---what are you eating???

Rolling....doot doot, Rolling,,,,,doot doot, Rolling down the river......Thank you Ike and Tina!

Wow...we got quite a few new crew members yesterday, so maybe we can  really get this barge rolling down the river!

Candy had a good idea that I think I might incorporate into my daily planning. She is posting her plan, then at the end of the day she goes back and edits in red what she really ate. Easy to see the difference.

Okay, here's what I'm planning today (so far, he he)

latte--skim milk, sf syrup

mini bagel w/ ff cream cheese and 2 slices thin bacon

benifiber bar--really need the fiber  AGH!

not sure about lunch right now

D-  IHOP grilled talipia w/ broccoli

I'm sure there will be edits, so stay tuned.

Everyone keep up the good work, together we can get this barge to where we want it to be!!

B: 2 scrambles eggs, 2 sausage patties, 1 pc. of double protien Brownberry toast
3 cups of leaded coffee so far today, switching to water now....

S: WW yogart with walnuts added for crunch

L: meat loaf and veggies

S: apple

1/2 banana before spin class and 1/2 banana after

D: homemade 1/2 bean and cheese burrito

S: V-8 juice
Plus all my vits and water (120 oz at least)

It's the same old same old for me. Last night was an exception. Tom made popcorn and sprinkled romano cheese on top. Yummy but holy moly it cleans the tubes. Sorry - TMI.Cover Up

Loving the guys on the barge....so cute!

Wish popcorn did that for me. I could use it....  Is there REALLY anything that's TMI here???

Bkfst - egg sub with ham and cheese

snack - SF puding

lunch - apple with peanut butter

 snack - almonds or Extend bar

hamburger with sauce and spinach

Rolling down the River. . .  oh and the scale moved 2 lbs. lower since last week, so the tool works if you work it

Good to take protein bars as a back up when you're not sure about getting a meal in. I keep at least one in my purse and a box of them at work. You never know!

L - Weigh****chers Lasagna Florentine
S - Dannon yogurt
D - Chicken with steamed broccoli
S - Vanilla Chai with 1% milk

Water, Water, Water, vitamins, calcium with vit. D.  1/2 mile on the treadmill at lunch.  Another 1/2 mile at home.
