Wow...we got quite a few new crew members yesterday, so maybe we can really get this barge rolling down the river!
Candy had a good idea that I think I might incorporate into my daily planning. She is posting her plan, then at the end of the day she goes back and edits in red what she really ate. Easy to see the difference.
Okay, here's what I'm planning today (so far, he he)
latte--skim milk, sf syrup
mini bagel w/ ff cream cheese and 2 slices thin bacon
benifiber bar--really need the fiber AGH!
not sure about lunch right now
D- IHOP grilled talipia w/ broccoli
I'm sure there will be edits, so stay tuned.

B: 2 scrambles eggs, 2 sausage patties, 1 pc. of double protien Brownberry toast
3 cups of leaded coffee so far today, switching to water now....
S: WW yogart with walnuts added for crunch
L: meat loaf and veggies
S: apple
1/2 banana before spin class and 1/2 banana after
D: homemade 1/2 bean and cheese burrito
S: V-8 juice
Plus all my vits and water (120 oz at least)
