Row, row, row your boat.....What are you eating today?
OK. I'm up. I don't have to like it, but I guess since I'm here, I'll be accountable....
After all that's said...."Good Morning, Everyone!"
First: Coffee hi-test, with 1/2 & 1/2 and Splenda. Every morning whether I write it down or not.
B: My usual cottage cheese and fruit. I think prunes will be my choice this morning. Yup, that should do the trick...Nope. A 12 grain bagel with 3 oz. sliced turkey. Yes, for breakfast....Ate the prunes at night for a snack
S: Nothin'. I'll be out and about
L: Eating out. Probably a wrap. 3/4 of a chicken bacon cheese flatbread from Arby's
S: Healthy, I promise. Not so healthy...a large handful of peanut butter pretzels
D: No real plan. Probably a frozen meal, hi pro, low carb Grilled turkey and cheese sandwich
S: I'll shoot for something healthy. My evenings home are the toughest.
I blew it. 3 squares of Ghirdelli chocolate and the prunes.....
Tomorrow is another day.
I'll bring a few bottles of water shopping with me, and of course have more coffee. Working on the multivitamins and calcium. I used to never forget... I think I'll but a little alarm in my bra. A pleasant reminder, you know??? (God knows there's plenty of room in there.......)
I'll update at the end of the day.
I think this may be working for me, too. Clothes feel less confining, and no full-belly/bloating feeling. I get on the scale Sunday mornings. We'll see..
Thank you Susan for starting up the barge. I'm enjoing the ride.....

Nope, not dark chocolate. The bad kind that has the peppermint filling. Delicious, but not a good choice, esp. 'cause I never can seem to stop at one piece. BUT, before, I would have eaten a dozen of them. Now I usually stop after one or two. The goal is only one, not too frequently. I'm working on it.
I eat the cottage cheese/fruit almost every morning because I really am not ready to eat in the morning, and I know I should. It's quick, easy, sweet, and goes down easy. Sometimes denser stuff for the first meal of the day just sits there....
I bought fresh blueberries yesterday. A change from Splenda canned peaches, at least for a few days.
I weigh on Sunday. I think the scale will be happy.
This thread is a good thing.
