What's new Wednesday?

Hi my OFF family:

If you didn't check the end of Tuesday's thread, the what's new with me is I am officially out of bankruptcy! Got the letter Tuesday afternoon along with a check for $361. Plus, I called my lender and they said I was paid up til September. Now, I'm not sure I believe that one ... I am going to call them back at the end of the month just to be sure. Don't want to miss my first payment.

Anyway, what's new with you?

Good for you, I love lights at the end of a tunnel. I had my first post surgery appointment and because life has a sense of humor the appointment my daughter made months ago was the same day. We went together.The Dr. said she will and should have surgery. My daughter weighed in at 415 down 10 lbs. I am so hopping that she does have an easy trip to surgery we all know how insurance is. We all know mom can not be smaller than daughters. Any way My appointment was today also. I am down 21 lbs sense surgery, He says I am doing really good and can go back to work on the 19th Yea. Please be safe, and prayers to all that are in need

wow Eileen you beat me to the punch today. I logged on at around 0141 to see if the thread was started and it was.
Nothing new with me today. Just going to work and chillin at night.
My cell phone has been on the fritz and not ringing just on vibration. I didnt put it on vibrate so I have missed a lot of calls. Verizon must be having issues!!!!! Got to love the cell phones!!!!! I wondered what we did with out them 20 years ago!!!!!
I am glad you are finally out of bankrupcy...Life is getting good in that respect for you.
In 10 days I am flying up to Chicago for a day. My neice is leaving to move to Africa for a year. She is taking a advanced class in Swahili and teaching writing classes at the university there in Tanzania. I think she is nuts to be so far away from home. But there must be some gypsy in her as she likes to go overseas. If it was me I wouldnt do that. I am afraid to go to a 3rd world country where the medical isnt up to par. I would be afraid of getting some bad disease!!!!!
So my family is having a bon voyage party for her and I am going up to surprize her.
It hs been so cold down here that I think Florida is having a global chilling not global warming!!!!!
I had an inch of frost on my windshield and I couldnt find my snow brush!!!!! I guess I left in colorado so someone else can brush snow off their car!!!!!
Last Saturday we had snowflakes in the air down here. Now that was weird.
I moved here for the warmth and sun and maybe Ill have to move to the equator to get that now!!!!!
Ok enough venting for the last 9 minutes. Maybe sleep will come my wayl

Good morning all.  Eileen started the thread so I thought it was already Wednesday night.  Geez.  Confuse me.

I am doing alright here.  Today Mary took in one of my son's dogs.  It is a Lab/Boxer mix.  They can't afford to keep him, so Mary, being the softee she is said we would keep him until they find him a home.  I told him he has a few days and then I am sending him to a no kill shelter.  He is a pup and too active to be in our house.  He is housebroken, but he is refusing to come inside the house.  He is staying in the back yard.  Mary can't get near him to bring him in, he keeps running from her.  So, he is gonna be out in the cold tonight. 

I have a dentist appointment later today.  Before I go to work.  Getting my dentures relined.  Then in two weeks I will get them permanently fixed.  Finally.  Two years I have had them.

Eileen .....I am glad to hear you are out of Bankruptcy...that is great news!!

As for me I am putting along. Didn't get much sleep last night for worrying about my daughters and their families.

I have a client to meet a little later this morning. It will be about a half hour drive to get to her....that isn't too bad. I would rather cover my head and stay in bed!!

Hi Eileen and everyone else!

Well it is chilly here this morning.  They say it is going to warm up.  I hope so. 

Working on closets and kitchen cabinets.  Starting spring cleaning early.  It feels like I have accomplished things already.  Great feeling.

Have to do some running around this afternoon and already dreading going outside.  Too cold for me.  I have to heat up the car 15 min before I get into it.

Nothing is really new.  Just chugging along.
