Rowing along, losing some crewmates....what are YOU eating

Hi everyone.  I didn't get home until 8:30 from work trying to do some catching up.  I can tell you what I ate:
B coffee with 1 scoop protein powder and 1 scrambled egg
L Bumble Bee fat free tuna salad and crackers kit
S 4 oz chicken breast grileled
snacks:  2 slices 2% american cheese and 6 saltines, 1 oz beef jerky, 1 jello pudding cup (sf), 1 oz pork rinds.  Got in all my water and supplements.

Question:  I can't remember the ratio fo protein, fat, and carbs to follow for sure.  Can someone help me out?
