Rowing along, losing some crewmates....what are YOU eating

Candy, I went back and looked at your edit to the other post. I think posting in red is an excellent idea, one that maybe we should all incorporate if and when we can. Work gets so busy some days that I might as well throw the plan right out the port hole. It's good to see where we deviate, and WHEN we do it.

Me thinks you've hit on a good suggestion!

Woman overboard here too!!!

I am in corporate meetings all day, every day this week and they brought in Homemade Choc Chip cookies.....I ate 2 of them.....and then felt like crap all afternoon.  Sooooo.....today is a new day on board the barge :-)

B:  Egg/cheese quiche
S:  BE Believe RTD Cappucino drink
L:  whatever they are serving us today and I'll toss the white / simple carby stuff and NO COOKIES
S:  2 string cheese sticks and 1/2 apple
D:  Seafood of some kind; I'm going out with the corporate suits that are in town
LNS:  we will see IF I really need more protein - if so, probably PB2 w/ 4oz Greek Yogurt.

I did get ALL of my 80+ oz of water in yesterday just those darned cookies talked to me!!!

Chocolate chip cookies are liars, cheats and theives. Never, never, never believe them when they start talking to you. Just imagine they have male voices......Oh gee, did I really say that?

Oh Susan!  I just love your sense of humor!!! 

I will imagine those nasty cookies with male voices....specifically my ex......thank goodness there were no cookies today.  Lunch was:  Grilled chicken over salad greens; pasta veggie salad [I picked out the pasta and ate the veggies]; fresh, homemade tomato basil soup and I did O.K. :-)

Lunch:  Mock calzone (crustless pizza)

Dinner:   Not sure yet

I did a horrible job today eating. I'm not even close to my target protein.

B:  Missed  it - I got too tied up at work for a break.
L:  1/2 banana
D: 1/2 piece of pizza (I tried to just eat the top - really- but I couldn't get the top off very well so I actually had the crust too.

No snacks today or I can't get in my water.

On the plus side - I did get all my vitamins in.
   
     Goal reached in 4 1/2 months.   15 pounds below goal  SW 216.5/GW150/CW133

can you drink protein drinks? They'll help with the days you're short on protein as well as count towards your fluid intake.
