Rowing along, losing some crewmates....what are YOU eating
sf Carnation instant breakfast
b - left over egg bake (ham, hashbrowns, eggs & cheese)
l - cottage cheese
snack - cheese its (just a handful)
dinner - not yet determined, maybe some soup
I am working hard to eliminate sweets - they got incorporated over the holidays, and now I have a taste for them. Just a bite of something here and there, but it adds up.

Hi Susan, I sank my barge last night!! LOL....well not tooooooo bad but damn, I popped me some popcorn and ate more than my usual bowl...more like 4 bowls. Sigh...oh yeah and I ate 7 little heart shaped candies you know the kind that says stuff on them. My 3 yr. old grandson kept bringing them to me. The last few ones he brougt to me I pretended to eat them and then gave them to the dogs!!
Okay here's my plan today and I'm sticking to it
B: Atkins shake
B2: 2 turkey sausage patties
S: WW yogurt with walnuts
L: Navy bean soup with ham chunks in it
S: apple
S: half banana before work out at gym and the other half on drive home
D: steak and veggies
S: apple

Hope you got the banking error resolved by now.
my food for yesterday was....
Start= Protein Powder
Brkfst= Oatmeal
Snack= Apple
Lunch= chicken breast, green beans, bread
Snack= Fiber One cereal w/soy milk, 3 prunes
Snack= Protein powder
Dinner= 1 homemade pita pizza
Snack= about 8-10 almonds and 1 dried date
Later we had a cup of Turkish coffee and an oatmeal cookie. Should have skipped both! Don't need Turkish coffee after 8pm and didn't need the cookie!
BUT, this was a better day than most recent days so I'm not complaining.
Hope today is even better.

I finally gave in and took a prescription pain killer late this afternoon and it definitely took the edge off the pain. Thanks for asking!!
I feel much better about my eating plan.....more in control again. :-)
I'm thinking of going to Weigh****chers on Friday morning to but then I think to myself why pay $40 or $50 a month to learn maintenance when I lost all the weight on my own (without WW). I don't know maybe I'll go.....it's nice to get of the house and socialize too.
Off to get dinner ready
