Sorry Candy, that line is just to wonderful for me NOT to use it...lol  Hope you don't mind.

I didn't make my goal of 1400 cals yesterday, missed it by about 200, but I got a late start on breakfast, so that put  everything to follow off schedule. Wasn't about to eat 200 cals before bed, so it is what it is.
What's in red are  the edits.

latte-1% milk, SF syrup

b- mini bagel w/ ff cream cheese and 2 thin slices of crisp bacon

latte

s-  almonds and string cheese

l--going out shopping, so I'm planning ahead for lunch at IHOP. They have some AMAZING grilled tilapia  didn't happen, had a Fresco steak soft taco from TB

s- a slice of Debbies Crustless Calzone Also didn't happen, got wound up in my new WiiFit Plus

d--Mahi Mahi, sweet potato, broccoli

Okay that's the plan so far Well, I'm way below my target and not much hope of getting too much more in. Oh well. S**t happens  lol

Are your arms getting toned up from rowing???

My arms are still flapping in the breeze and I'm getting calluses on my butt.  Maybe we can sit on a donut?

Plan for today - go real easy and light. Probably water and cottage cheese throughout the day.

My M&M's had a tummy bug and I kind of think they shared.

As long as the donut is made from rubber and not a glazed one!  If we all went sleeveless, perhaps we could have sails and wouldn't have to row so hard?

Sorry you're under the weather, stomach bugs and rny's don't mix too well.

Speaking of donuts.......   Nah, guess it's better to sit on them.  I've always said they go right to my hips anyhow...  I still love them, but they make me dump big time......   Thankfully......

I just got up.  Working on a food plan to fit this crazy schedule of mine....

Too bad we can't select WHERE the extra pounds go. I'd choose the chest.

Hello, Susan!

I'm enjoying your new project...you sure have many enthusiastic about participating and that's great!  It's been a rough winter so far here but I've just come off the 5-day pouch programme and feeling very positive..lost nine pounds, and, boy, doesnt THAT show you how I've been eating!?

Today is my first day to start my swimming programme in the city.  I admit that I'm struggling here, looking out at the cold wastelands of the 100 acre vineyard across from the house and watching the bitter cold winds creating huge snowdrifts across the roads but I've just finished my hot chocolate protein drink and THINKING myself into excitement....In 90 minutes, I will be warmly dressed, fleece over swimsuit, and headed to the city and the Holiday Inn's sal****er pool for a few hours of exercise.

I know that once I get past the "being seen in a bathing suit and firmly enscounced in the pool", I will enjoy the water and the movement. As some of you already know, that is a HUGE issue for me.

My menu for today:

B  hot chocolate protein drink

S (when I get back home) another hot chocolate protein drink

L  salad of romaine lettuce, chicken breast, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and LIGHT Renees poppyseed dressing (sorry but I HATE balsamic dressing and that's my story and I'm sticking to it!)

S   4-5 multigrain crackers & cheese

D   another chicken salad like lunch

S   hot chocolate protein drink

drink my usual 3-4 litres of water                                       and faithfully take all my supplements

HI Susan,

Boy, it seems I am having trouble getting back on track.  I ate a bunch of pretzel sticks last night ( the thin ones)  I haven't lost any weight for a few days.  I had an atkins drink for breakfast and I am going to have Hormels new chipolte, chicken chili for lunch.  One cup has 18 grams of protein.  Sounded good to me.

Dinner probably more chili and a small salad.

Snack?  Maybe cottage cheese or a food bar.

That is it for today... oh and lots of water and vitamins.

Hi to everyone to post after ours.

Well, how many is a "bunch"?  Don't expect to lose something every day, your body had to play catch up now and then.

The chili sounds good. Another thing to add to the grocery list.
