Another Vitamin question! lol

Trying to swith up my vitamins because I just don't think the old ones are working that great.  I took Connies advice and got the sublingual B12.  I bought Centrum silver.  Do you take two a day or just one?

I am still trying to get things right..lol

I take the Wal-mart brand of the Centrum Silver, twice a day,. with 1,000 iu's B-12, then 4 calcium citrate( through out the day)

I have to try the walmart brand of centrum.  I don't think I saw it yesterday.   So, I am going to take two of them today.  Thanks for the info.

I don't take them both at the same time. I take one set in the a.m. right after I brush my teeth, then the other set when I go to bed.

I use the Centrum Silver as well (2 per day), but the last time I bought the ones for Women.  I take my supplements the same as Susan.  I take only 500 mg of the sublingual B12 tho.  My labs have been great too.

Hi Jani,

I do feel better since starting the Centrum and the sublingual B12.  I was getting lethargic and I think I was lacking something..  Now that I have switched vitamins I am doing better.  I can tell.
