when i crave pizza, i eat the cheese off the crust, and then cut off the very
top part which is crunchy and just eat that.  that has been working for me.

I usually eat all the toppings OFF the pizza, then eat the crispy crunchy edging (because I enjoy the crunch factor) and give the rest to my rottie, Zeus..he doesn't care how many carbs he eats..he is only 175 pounds...poor thing!

Who needs soggy old carbs (the bottom crust) anyway?

The protein of the cheese and toppings make me feel that I'm eating healthy and I feel like I've had a real treat of pizza. The tomato sauce is also good for you (hoping there's no sugar in it like some canned sauces which is why I make my own).

Jan, when I want pizza I make my own on a torilla shell. Whole wheat ones I make , or you can buy them. I either microwave or bake in the oven. I never eat the whole thing.

Hi Jan,
I have a recipe for pizza that I got off of one of the forums on OH. If you'll PM me, I'll email it to you. The crust is made with mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic powder and basil. It is soooo yummy. I made it last night.
