This is my first day to wander over to this board, and I'll have to tell you, I love what I'm reading. I had my VSG on 7/31/09 at age 62 (13 days before my birthday), and it's the best present I've ever had. I haven't posted much on OH, but I'm trying to remedy that. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

I'm glad I found my way over, too. I love this forum. I already found a couple of good recipes on here, too LOL. I'm always looking to try new ways to prepare the foods we really like. Luckily, my dh will eat just about anything. Have a great week.
