Eileen,

Was not here over the weekend, but in reading today's posting and checking through the past couple of days of what has been posted, I am now caught up. . .

You know that I feel your pain and while it definitely is not fun to be unemployed now, with the attitude you have, preparing for another looksee at what you might be able to do in the future, you will land on your feet.  I was unemployed for 3 months, there were days I feared losing everything, but I kept believing that there would be something good to come from it and I just got up each day and spent a portion of each day in pursuit of my next job and as you know I did get one, so I wish the same for you.  I understand about missing all your co-workers, as I worked with many of my old co-workers for 13 years and I now work too far away to see them much, but still keep in touch via IM and email.

Having this board is definitely a plus, as we often encourage one another through life crises, I am here for.

Hugs, Laureen

P.S.

Re the COBRA, my g/f who has been unemployed for some time, just got notification that the government extended their paying a certain portion of the COBRA, so check and see if by any chance you can get that. . .
