Rowing the barge, what are YOU eating today???
Rowing might cause calluses on our hands - maybe we should get some rowing gloves? 
Looking at all the nice varieties of foods confirms that my meals are downright boring.
B- cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - 1/4 flat bread thingy with melted cheese, couple bites of lettuce
D - meat sauce, cottage cheese on green beans
S - apple & peanut butter.

I did OK yesterday but could have done better. I need more dense protein but it's just sitting too heavy to me comfy right now. Ham is about all that feels right and I'm tired of ham! But it's not always about what I want but what I need so I'll add some in today. And as always I need to work on the water intake.
Mary.....WW dinners are pretty good but you have to watch the Nut. info. So many of them have rice or pasta and are loaded with carbs. For me, at least right now, that's a no no. You may not have a problem...just wanted to mention it. The Santa Fe Rice and Beans are still a favorite, I just don't have them yet.
Also, Lean Cuisine makes several really good ones, too. I really like the beef tips with portabella mushrooms with broccoli and cheese.

L......meatballs, sauce and provolone cheese
S....Fage yogurt
D....ham and sweet potato
