Rowing the barge, what are YOU eating today???
2 cups of coffee to wake me up. Hummer drove me into work cuz the country roads are not plowed yet and he has a SUV, I drive a little car...Love my hubby!!
B: yogurt with almonds
B2: 1 egg, 2 sausage links
S: apple
S: V-8 juice
L: shrimp and veggies
S: Atkins shake or Twisted Protein bar
D: Don't know yet, probably beef and veggies
S: popcorn
Now, the theory is, that if we plan a menu, we're supposed to stick to it, right? I have half of the equation, but that second half is rather elusive for me...
I actually did pretty well yesterday, but got hungry/bored at work late last evening and started wandering around looking for something to eat. Ended up with Weight Control oatmeal, which wasn't too bad, and filled me up. At 10 pm. Not a great decision, but the alternative was the cookies in the kitchenette. Guess I won't flay myself too hard.
Let's see...today:

B: Cottage cheese and Splenda sweetened canned peaches Yup, but ate late
S: SF/FF Yogurt Skipped it, not hungry
L: Chili, lotsa beans and beef Ate about 3/4 cup, it was still late
S: I'm working on it... Nope, waiting for dinner
D: Eating out. I'm thinking either a broiled fish dinner or some kind of chicken with veggies. Nice burger with tomato, lettuce, swiss cheese, and no bun. Ate 1/2 of it and a few french fries
S: Not sure. Possibly whatever protein I didn't eat for dinner. A few more french fries, and almost 1/2 cup of trail mix.
The evening snack was too late, and my tummy got upset. Ended up going to bed at 2 am.
One more thing to avoid, eating late. I know it, I just don't pay attention enough...
I'll work on the liquids and the vitamins throughout the day. Have to keep working on this...
Susan, thanks for steering the barge. It's a tough job, but if we all work together, we can avoid a crash.
