Oh no, the barge didn't sink did it????

Here goes:

B - w/c oatmeal with skim milk & PB
L - more potato soup
     1/2 orange or small apple

D - shrimp
      salad

S - south beach bar, or cheese/crackers

Thanks for starting the thread Pat. I was going to say "start the engine" but we all have oars.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi Go Lean
L - salad with green beans and mushrooms - better throw in some meat too.
D - Bean soup sounds yummy but the only ingedient in the house is the pot to cook it in. A trip to the grocery store is in order. Thanks for the idea Susan.
S - apple & peanut butter.

Ugh... These always catch me off guard.  I never know what I am eating until I am eating it.  lol

I think today I will have coffee to start with.

Maybe  a half of atkins food bar

Lunch- cottage cheese with a little apricots

Dinner  I think I will have some egg, maybe scrambled with a few vegies in it.
I am cooking perogies for the rest of the family and of course don't want to eat them.

Snack  a half of an apple with peanut butter.

That is it for me.  I hope I stick to it now that I have written it down.

Hi Mary,

For a long time I posted the food I ate the day before. Because of my work schedule what I planned didn't always happen. So, I'm making a real effort to plan ahead and stick to the plan.

HI Susan, Nice to hear from you!

I think if I write it down I will be held accountable.lol.   I have not done that before because I just grab what is easy.  I don't like to fuss just for me.   Besides my family doesn't like what I eat so I still have to make an extra meal for me.  With them I think they think they are on diet food.  lol

This does help and glad you answered.

B - Pure Protein Bar - I'd rather sleep than get up to make a proper breakfast.  I keep the protein bars in my desk at work so it's easy.
L - Weigh****chers Shrimp Dinner
S - Yogurt
D - Steak with mushrooms and onions and salad - Is 20* too cold to use the grill outside?
S - Vanilla Chai made with 1% milk next to the fireplace with my slippered feet propped up on the ottoman.
I am so unmotivated to work today.

OK, today's the first day of my CARB-BUSTING effort!
B - Protein shake
L - Green salad, w/lots of veggies & cheddar cheese.  Carb Master Yogurt
Snack - Another Carb Master Yogurt
D - Tri Tip Roast
S - yet another Carb Master, I love those!

Since I've been stuffing this body for some time now (I'm up 25 pounds from my all time low), I really need to do something drastic to get back on track. Wish me luck.
Oh, yeah ---- Today I will do 1 mile on the treadmill & 20 minutes on the eliptical.  I'll be singing "Row, Row, Row your Barge" as I exercise.    Let me know if you can hear me & I'll tone it down if needed.    Hope this helps.

breakfast.......none really

snack----- carrots from broth mixture....but I threw it up

three glasses of wine.....

lunch....none...

snack.....who knows.?

supper--- shrimp, spinach, wine.

snack wine.
