Hang on honey, we'll keep you on this party barge!!!  Really, you don't know how to swim? It's okay, our body of water is pretty shallow, you can put your feet down if you need to.

We're down to red meat once a week, pork once, chicken/turkey and fish the rest of the time.

Hi Susan,

I'm hopping on the barge too!

About an hour before breakfast:  Black decaf coffee

Breakfast:  Peppermint Paddy Protein Shake

Snack:  A handful of roasted peanuts

Lunch:  Chili w/shredded Mexican cheese and tropical fruit cup

Dinner:  Something with steamed shrimp....maybe spaghetti squash.

Snack:  Peppermint Paddy Protein Shake

Water throughout the day -- yum, I can't wait until 30 minutes is up so I can have some.

Shrimp are so loaded with protein!  I practically lived on them when I was early out. Spaghetti squash is the only squash Gary will eat. He really likes it with pasta sauce on it.

Bev, did you know one of the prerequisites for riding the barge is to bring all of us Wendy's chili? Gosh, I love that stuff. One of the girls brought some homemade chili to work today and it was very close to Wendy's. I quickly put my Lean Cusine back into the freezer and had myself a bowl. Yummmmm

I love Wendy's Chili too.  It's got everything we need, protein, vegetables, 200 calories and only $2.00.  Can't beat it.  And for me, it's only a 1/4 of a mile from my office.  I am going to have a problem with delivery to y'all. LOL.

I also love Wendy's Chili...and a small Cesar side salad...that is my Wendy's menu....I have a menu at all the fast food places....so I don't order bad things.....LOL [they don't serve wine]

WELLLL! I decided to hop on board even though I am a very very bad passenger.....you will just have to put up with me..

Let's see....

Breakfast.....Puffed wheat and milk

snack.......Popcorn with butter....

Lunch....3 California rolls [sushi] with soy sauce..
glass of wine

hopefully for dinner..
meatloaf, small baked potato and cooked carrots...[at least that is what my husband is making.]

glass of wine at dinner and before bed.

I am too stressed to look up the calories....I will try to learn from you all.

me too!

I'm on my fifth day of the Pouch diet so it's been mostly liquids.

It's so darned cold here and I just can't seem to get warm enough..I'm sleeping with sox, nightown, sheet, flannel sheet, wool blanket and comforter over that and I still pull my heavy velour robe over my feet...not to mention that I also use my mattresspad heater too.

This is my plan for Thursday:

B    hot chocolate protein drink

S    chai tea with tasteless protein powder

L    homemade high protein & high fibre ground beef & vegetables &         barley & bean soup

S     piece of old cheddar cheese

D     more soup

S     hot chocolate protein drink

plus four litre bottles of water & my supplements
