I'm hopping on the barge too!
About an hour before breakfast: Black decaf coffee
Breakfast: Peppermint Paddy Protein Shake
Snack: A handful of roasted peanuts
Lunch: Chili w/shredded Mexican cheese and tropical fruit cup
Dinner: Something with steamed shrimp....maybe spaghetti squash.
Snack: Peppermint Paddy Protein Shake
Water throughout the day -- yum, I can't wait until 30 minutes is up so I can have some.

Breakfast.....Puffed wheat and milk
snack.......Popcorn with butter....
Lunch....3 California rolls [sushi] with soy sauce..
glass of wine
hopefully for dinner..
meatloaf, small baked potato and cooked carrots...[at least that is what my husband is making.]
glass of wine at dinner and before bed.
I am too stressed to look up the calories....I will try to learn from you all.

I'm on my fifth day of the Pouch diet so it's been mostly liquids.
It's so darned cold here and I just can't seem to get warm enough..I'm sleeping with sox, nightown, sheet, flannel sheet, wool blanket and comforter over that and I still pull my heavy velour robe over my feet...not to mention that I also use my mattresspad heater too.
This is my plan for Thursday:
B hot chocolate protein drink
S chai tea with tasteless protein powder
L homemade high protein & high fibre ground beef & vegetables & barley & bean soup
S piece of old cheddar cheese
D more soup
S hot chocolate protein drink
plus four litre bottles of water & my supplements
