What are you eating---- and a big thank you

I always find it really interesting to see how others are eating. I get some good ideas for my own menu plan.

B:  Protein bar
S:  1/2 banana
L:  Very small bowl of shrimp and rice soup
S: VERY small piece of birthday cake at work - it tasted pretty darn good!!
D:  Not sure - but I think I may eat part of a lean cuisine
   
     Goal reached in 4 1/2 months.   15 pounds below goal  SW 216.5/GW150/CW133
