Good Morning OFF'rs it is Tuesday
I really hope that no one minds I started the post this am. I am up and awake at 130am. I am still having sleep issues. Even skipped my nap for the last two days hoping that would help. Today is a week post op. I am feeling good for the most. I do have a question though the top left cut burns from time to time and is sore. I don't really hurt anywhere any way as much when it hurts. I am not sure if it is the tape over it or just part of the healing process.
The Dogs in the neighbor hood are barking which then get my three barking no wonder I can't sleep lol
Well I do hope everyone has a great day. With many stories.
Thought go out to all in need, I have come to like this group a lot.

Looks like it should finally ease up at work here tonight. Earlier, I was very busy. We have a bunch of newbie**** the floor, so that means a bunch of questions. Had one just came in and I had to tell her she was supposed to be here last night and off tonight. Got permission for her to work though, so the trip here was not for naught. Anyway, on her first call, she had to ask me a question. Not a good sign. But we will muddle through it. I once told my supervisor that I don't talk to the reps on a personal level for the first six months. That is because so many of them don't last six months, therefore I didn't waste my time. I am terrible.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
Nothing new here... just another week at work. Still no sign of a replacement for me... so just keep plugging away and waiting...
Doing pretty good on WW... I say pretty good because I am actually not getting in all my points.. had 11 points left over and I am counting EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth ...
Hmmmm... how many points in sawdust??

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Terri and everyone!
Not much going on here today. Missed art class last night because of the weather. Bummer.
My son cleaned his room and now I have a mountain in the laundry room. Have to work on that today. Yes, I still do everyone's laundry it is just easier to get it all done myself. They overstuff the washer and dryer. Wash things that aren't suppose to be washed etc. I think they do it on purpose just so I do it. lol
I am doing pretty good. Dropped the two pounds I gained from the Holidays by watching what was going into my mouth. Now I have to lose more before I see the doc. Jan. 27th.
Eileen! Good luck on the new man! Smiled when I read it.
George you work too hard.
Marc, sawdust is cheap too. For you it is free.
I can't remember who else posted I apologize.
Have a good day and smile.
Mary
I am on my way. What a ride it has been.

We've got quite a bit of snow up here, but not as much as upstate New York. The Today show said up by Syracuse they had 52". I guess northern Michigan isn't so bad afterall.
Having my cousins down for ham and cheesy potatoes for dinner tonight. I absolutely love ham and can never seem to get enough. I think it's because I'm a salt freak. I'll be sure to get all my water in today.
Hope you all have a great day today. Stay warm.

As George said, it doesn't matter who gets here first, we welcome anyone to start us up, though there are those of us up at different times, so it's almost a given on certain days who will post first, I remember well the first time I did the thread, it was back when we did it for a week at a time and kind of had something to say about each poster's post from the day before, tying it all together. I was about 5 weeks postsurgery and it was exciting, but I was nervous too, so welcome to jumping right in with us as I know being the new kid on the block (so to speak) can be intimidating!
Well I had a rough night courtesy of Foxy Roxie (one of my two nicknames for her, or as my other nickname for her is Miss Wiggle Butt) (she is just too cute when she wiggles her whole butt instead of just her stumpy), anyway, she must have dry skin and is itching a lot, at least I hope it is just dry skin and not allergies, but for now the vet said to put her on benadryl and see how that goes, but I can tell you last night it did not go well as she woke me several times with her scratching, yes, I have succumbed to letting her sleep in the bed (lol), now who didn't think I would. . . lol anyway, I'm up, feeling good, albeit tired and am about to get ready for work.
Today I will be working and then coming home to relax, going to do a workout video in the office at lunch time, as we have set up a little workout room in the office, with weights, cords, dvd player and the like. . . it's a backup for days like today when I am tired and not ready to jump into my gym clothes at 5:30.
Hope you all have a wonderful day, stay warm and try to find something to be happy about! Wishing you the strength to get through whatever life challenges are going on with you.
Hugs, Laureen
