It's New Year's Eve, what's new review
Hi Everyone and Happy New Years Eve!
Well went out to the garage after putting stuff from my trunk away and there was a young orange cat in my garage. It is so cold here, I think he was just trying to find a place to stay warm. The kids fixed him up a box with warm stuff in it and covered it too. He went in and was fine. However, my kids couldn't stand he was out in the cold. Soooooooooooooooo... They brought him in. He is a friendly cat always purring and slept on my kitchen chair. He likes the dogs but my other cat growls at him. He would like to go near her. Looks like I have another pet. We just can't see him without a warm home through the winter. We have such soft hearts for animals.
So, going to start the new year with a new cat. Great!
Going to stay home tonight. Husband will probably not make midnight, he usually doesn't. lol. Kids going out and I am going shopping today for some healthy snacks tonight and tomorrow.

The party that I planned on going to tonight....where they close the bar and it only open to people that pay to get in....there is a dinner and such.Well I wasn't going because they were going to allow smoking. Seems like I wasn't the only one canceling....others don't want smoking allowed either....MN does not allow smoking in public buildings.Anyway....people complained about the smoking and decided they weren't going there after all...YAY! Now it is a NO SMOKING party....too many canceled!!
Now we can all go there...woooohoooo!! This is just my opinion...please don't slam me....I have medical reasons that make it almost impossible to be around smoke....I am not putting smokers down...honestly!
I am going to finish taking my Christmas decorations down today. I am about half way done.My cleaning fairy will be here soon and she can help me with carrying the totes.I usually keep the decorations up until after the 6th of January...however...it sounds like we are in for some nasty weather and I want to get the decorations out in the garage now....my garage is not attached to my townhouse.

I am off to the bone cracker today then to the grocery store. The kids are threating to follow Steve to olf mother hubbards tosee if they can find breakfast in her bare cupboards! I think we are going to use some of our Mcd gift cards today to treat a bunch to breakfast before shopping. Sunday the teens go to their new home with permanant parents.
