I had a wow Moment today

Hi There,
We were walking around Venice Florida. It is a quant little town with eunique shops!!!! Resale and consignment shops up the wazoo!!!!! Of course I had a ball looking. I did buy a Tommy Bahama outfit for 6.00..
Well my wow moment was when we walked into Kilwins you michiganders know what that is a chocolate and fudge shop!!!! Filled to the brim with chocolate, carmel corn and the like. Well the smell was making me nuts. Now before I lost all of this weight I would buy out the store!!!!!
Well I only got a cup of Coffee with splenda and a little cream. I took a sip and Carl drank the rest.
So I walked out of the store and didnt even look back. Maybe Im getting back on tract and loose this 20 pounds....

Good for you. I still might have bought one little piece of chocolate ... although lately, I can't seem to stop (and that may be why I've gained 20 pounds).

I'm with Marc, Atta gal Carla. 
Last time I was in town I walked past Kilwin's and stopped in front of the store and drooled on the front window at the caramel / chocolate apples.  Today I had two White Castle Cheeseburgers.  My bad.  I'm only 5 months out and I'm not being compliant.  What do I do??????????

White Castle!  I'm drooling just thinking of them.  When I was in the military, my family knew that any time I visited, we had to stop at White Castle and Carvel on the way home from the airport.

WOW that is self-control!!!  Congrats..... more evidence of being "normal" (in reference to your other posting).
