Merry Christmas Eve! What's New?

morning eileen and my OFF family!!!

well its another morning being woke up by the dam dog barking and howling!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is getting old and i am about to call the police and have them talk to her about her dog disturbing the peace!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (seems the manager of this apartment complex isn't doing a thing about it!!!)

got my turkey all ground up and onions cut up and added the mayo to it and its ready for the crackers...yummo!!!!!!!!! tried some last night but it will be better tonight and tomorrow with the onion flavor taking over...yummmmmmmmm ;-) got the eggs boiling for the deviled eggs....need to make the potatoes in the morning for the scallopped potatoes. not sure what else we will have with dinner tomorrow. oh yeah i have the pineapple, mandarin oranges and cool whip and vanilla pudding to make yet!! gonna be a nice meal i am sure....LOL oh and the ham....;-)

not sure yet what is going to happen with ricks daughter...she is still in jail and bond set at $100,000.00. she is charged with breaking and entering bodily harm and i can't remember what else....all i know is she is in BIG trouble!!!! facing 10-15 years!!! rick mentioned that if she has to go to prision for years he would like to get custody of his grandson....fine with me!!! his ex wife is a no good so and so if you ask me!!! so yes it would be in the best interest of the baby to come live with us!!!

so as for tonight not sure if the baby is coming over or not with ricks mom or if they will come tomorrow now....sighs....should know later today what will happen.

heard from my sister on her surgery...seems her fistula needed to be taken out and they couldn't do it because it collapsed and there is a blood clot so the surgery was cancelled and now waiting to have it taken out....man she sure has health issues!!! also moms dr appointment went pretty good....she has to see the kidney dr in march she said...has some problems with her kidneys as well but not very serious....YET, sighs.....she had her toe nails cut monday and her feet feel so much better now she said. thats a good thing!!!!! :-)

well eggs should be done now so off i must go and make them and then shower and get to work....soooo MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) LOVE YOU ALL FOR BEING HERE FOR ME!!!!! (((((((OFF)))))))

Morning Off
 First thing  prayers going up for all that need them whatever they are needed for.
Havent posted for a while.  Still in a funk due to moms death and didnt want to  inflict that on friends here.
  JOb search for me is looking a bit more promising for the new year.
  Been busy getting ready for CHristmas here the past few days.  KIds all excited,   Got the baking for our own house done yesterday.  Our plans are for ours here tonight with all the kids,  then we are heading up forYmy brotherin laws tomarrow morning and my family in the evening.   Will be a tough holiday for some of us but  we are going to make sure the children have a great time,   'We know moms love will be with us even though she isnt,  and by next year  It will so much better.

FOr those of you who  celebrete the real reason for the season,  Arent we extra blessed?

I made it to work today!  It snowed about 7 inches and I had to shovel a path to my car, which is left out (we don't have a garage), and then clean off my car and drive from west Minneapolis to east St. Paul to work by 8:00!  I was a few minutes late, but was opening the office, so I had to start out early.  I'm already wiped out tired!

My boss and I are holding down the fort.  She got here about an hour & a half after me.  I am tired and still looking forward to dinner with Michael and our friend Cindi, who is supposed to come over after work.  I told her to bring her jammies, as we are still supposed to get socked with more snow!  YIKES!!!  I don't know if I'm going to try to make it to my sister's tomorrow or not, we'll see what the weather does.

I think I'm going to be really busy the next few days!

Today I'm going to be:

wrapping the gift I got for the family Secret Santa
baking more Irish soda bread
making a yam casserole for tomorrow
watching holiday movies

I'm going to try to come back at some point and catch up on everyone's posts!  I didn't get a chance to visit at all yesterday!

Just a quick fly by.  Wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

I am real busy getting things ready for tonight.  I have already started to make things for snacks for later tonight.  I might even start on things for tomorrow if I have time.
 
Off to church at 5:30.  Daughter working until 8.  We should have a nice Christmas
