Let's revue--what's new wednesday???
Let's see- what's new? I'm at work writing reports right now. I have several meetings today so I am not seeing children. I'm planning a Christmas activity rotation for a special day class for tomorrow... I like to do fun things that are educational so the activities require some preparation. It's worth the extra time and money (have to use my own money of course- the schools have NONE)- the children learn more when they are engaged. I have accumulated a crazy amount of items that I use in my teaching- as I slide towards retirement I wonder what I will do with it all. I'm sure I will be giving it away... some I will save for my grandchildren (if I get any).
My husband has been home sick with a terrible cold and I'm feeling a bit of a tickle in my throat. It is the worst time to catch something- at least his is starting to get better. I have just a couple of days left of school and they are busy days. Then it's full speed ahead for Christmas...
