I am here today to crow.  I am one happy individual.  Two years ago today I weighed 340 lbs plus as I was wheeled into the operating room for my RNY.  And here I am today at 221.  My low was actually 210 or so, but I am at a point in my progress where I am happy.  It took me six months to lose 150 lbs that had taken me 10 years or so to gain after I got out the military.  I thank my PCP for directing me in this direction and taking an active concern in what I did in my life.  Life is wonderful and thanks to WLS I can enjoy it today.
Strut your stuff, you have a lot to be proud of!

Step out and crow loudly....you deserve it! Not only have you lost it and kept it off, you've also taught us all so much along the way. I'm sure Mary and the family is also very proud of you. And I think you are also looking very fine! Said with much respect to Mrs. Mary!
