I am here today to crow. I am one happy individual. Two years ago today I weighed 340 lbs plus as I was wheeled into the operating room for my RNY. And here I am today at 221. My low was actually 210 or so, but I am at a point in my progress where I am happy. It took me six months to lose 150 lbs that had taken me 10 years or so to gain after I got out the military. I thank my PCP for directing me in this direction and taking an active concern in what I did in my life. Life is wonderful and thanks to WLS I can enjoy it today.Hugs, Laureen
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
