I was gonna post this on What's New, but I really wanted to crow
I am here today to crow. I am one happy individual. Two years ago today I weighed 340 lbs plus as I was wheeled into the operating room for my RNY. And here I am today at 221. My low was actually 210 or so, but I am at a point in my progress where I am happy. It took me six months to lose 150 lbs that had taken me 10 years or so to gain after I got out the military. I thank my PCP for directing me in this direction and taking an active concern in what I did in my life. Life is wonderful and thanks to WLS I can enjoy it today.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
Congratulations! It's great to regain our lives after WLS. By the time we get to this age we really can appreciate the difference....we all know we could be dead.
Thanks to our great doctors!
