Hi all, it's been awhile since I have been here, need to start spending more time here..nice people here..anyway, on December 11th, it has been 10 months since my weight loss surgery, I am down to 135.8 from an all time high of 240, at surgery I was 234.8, it's been a wild ride...so I just wanted to say hi again...and I have missed you all!

UGH...still VERY SORE!!! Thinking of taking a pain killer.........just so tired of feeling so sore!
