What Are We Eating-Sunday?
Happy Sunday!
Today I lead two LifePath workshops as I mentor six young women in personal, career and spiritual (not religion) goals as I do every other Sunday. It’s a full day…the young women deal with stepping out of their comfort zone…sometimes there’s tears…..sometimes celebrations and challenges but we continue to move forward.
One workshop is 2-4pm and then I go for dinner with my friend whose office I use…then the second workshop is 6-8pm. Invariably, the ladies are so excited, inspired or intense by then that they are not eager to leave so I usually don’t get home til 10pm on these days.
For some of them, it’s a new process to open up and trust the rest of the group, so once they begin, they just don’t want to stop abruptly and just because the clock says TIME’S UP!, they aren’t ready to so I indulge them. By the time I get home, I am often emotionally drained.
This is my plan for Sunday:
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink
S banana stuffed with LF peanut butter
L LF cottage cheese w/ sugar-free diced peaches & cinnamon
S cheddar cheese & a few multigrain crackers
D chicken thigh & salad
S likely home-made turkey soup
SUPPLEMENTS:
multiple vitamin
iron
magnesium
VB1, B6, B12
Vitamin A
vitamin C
vitamin D
vitamin E
Omega oils
calcium citrate
1 fluid pill with potassium

its 5 am and i have my first mug of coffee in hand.
im not sure what today will bring, so i have no plans as of now.
i dont think i will want to eat much, but then you never know, sometimes
sadness gives me the munchies. at least there is not much to munch
around here. shopping has kinda fallen by the wayside these days.
i did bake some apples last night with sugar free syrup and cinamon and
raisins, so i have a healthy treat in the frig.

I have no clue what I am going to eat today. I know I will probably have a protein drink for breatkfast and lunch. But that is about it. I still don't feel well from this cold and don't have the urge to eat. Though I know I must.
