What Are We Eating-Wednesday?
Hello, everyone!
Well, I spent another day with Mother, getting her accustomed to her new home..left there at 5:15pm...that gave me one hour to get all the way home (35 minutes one way on a GOOD day), grab my sorority stuff, make dinner for the guys, and drive almost all the way back to my sorority dinner meeting.
So I made an executive decision, called home and said "YOU GUYS ARE ON YOUR OWN FOR DINNER...I'LL BE HOME AROUND 10PM!"...thus saving about ten dollars of gas and letting the guys fend for themselves. I arrived a bit early at the sorority meeting place and caught a cat nap in the back of the parking lot...zzzz!
This is my Wednesday menu plan:
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink
S crackers and cheese
L cottage cheese w/ unsweetened crushed pineapple
S banana stuffed with peanut butter
D green salad and roasted chicken thigh
S possibly soup
