What Are We Eating- MONDAY?

Hello, OFF family!

Sunday was full with my leading two LifePath Groups...it was great because, in BOTH groups, we had some major breakthroughs and the groups are bonding well..supporting and challenging each other, keeping everyone accountable and feeling inspired. Tears, yes..some from relief in opening up and verbalizing fears and concerns, then tears of happiness at being understood, accepted and supported.  It's all good! *s*

I've received more confirmations for Mom's surprise Tea Party so more baking to be done..I'm ordering a fruit platter in the morning. Monday (today) we move Mother..I know she will be feeling anxious and confused but I will attempt to stay with her as much as they will let me...then I have a LifePath group meeting in the evening.  JB and Derek will help me as I cannot get it all in my car at once (wheelchair, walker, raised toilet seat, clothes, her TV and Mother)and it's alot for me to carry and run back and forth with my legs being so swollen and sore.

This is my plan for Monday (likely changes made as I struggle to attemot some semblance of meal routine for myself thru this day of moving and changes):

B   Matricx Hot Chocolate protein drink made with skim low fat milk powder for added protein content

S    banana stuffed with low fat peanut butter

L    taking a packet of hot chocolate protein drink in my purse

S    taking nuts and raisins & low fat yogurt

D    if I get back home, it will be shrimp..if not, another hot chocolate protein drink on the run

S    likely homemade soup

SUPPLEMENTS:

multiple vitamin

iron

magnesium

VB1, B6, B12

Vitamin A

vitamin C

vitamin D

vitamin E

Omega oils

calcium citrate

1 fluid pill with potassium

Hi Irish!

I am a Certified LifePath Consultant and also a Cerified MetaPhysical Counsellor. I mentor six young women right now...we explore and learn how to focus on their goals in personal life, career and spiritual lives (NOT religion).

Accountability, hard work, trust and honesty are essential, as is commitment to working hard to learn and taking responsibility for their actions.

Both groups meet twice a month for two hours and run for a four month period.  The members can continue to attend into the next series or not..their choice. I already have a waiting list for the next series.

Nancy - thanks for taking time from your busy schedule to get us going.

The past two weeks have mostly been spent on my back. No exercise and I feel as if my body is falling apart, piece by piece. If I were a horse, they would have made me into glue by now.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi Go Lean Crunch <--- yummy
L - green salad & deli ham
S- 1/2 apple & peanut butter
D- Good question
