What are we eating- SATURDAY??

Well I sure don’t know what happened to yesterday’s "What Are We Eating? Post I typed it all out and posted….and it disappeared! Am I losing my mind??
It’s been a busy week..today was no less.
This is my plan for Saturday’s eating:
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made with low fat skim milk powder for added protein content
S banana stuffed with low fat peanut butter
L low fat cottage cheese with unsweetened crushed pineapple
S cheese & crackers
D homemade beef, vegetable and barley soup
S low fat yogurt
SUPPLEMENTS:
multiple vitamin
iron
magnesium
VB1, B6, B12
Vitamin A
vitamin C
vitamin D
vitamin E
Omega oils
calcium citrate
1 fluid pill with potassium

Well I started out with a cookies and cream protein shake.
I think I will have tuna for lunch
Tuna and cottage cheese
another protein drink
And, for dinner, probably more tuna.
Doesn't sound too good...lol
