Hello, everyone! Wednesday already? How did that happen? The weeks seem to be flying by! Tuesday was busy but today I get to stay home. Tomorrow, I'm going for a stress test at the medical clinic in Burlington so I've been told to stay calm and stress-free for 24 hours! So that caused me to immediately cancel my two hour dental appointment...they just did GET it. So stay home I will.....dust, vacuum, work on illustrations and plan Mother's birthday Tea Party. This is my plan for today: B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made with low fat skim milk powder to increase the protein content S 2 hard-boiled eggs mashed with low fat mayonaise and spread on slice of multigrain toast L home-made beef-vegetable & barley soup S cheddar cheese & a banana stuffed with low-fat peanut butter D homemade meatloaf & brussel sprouts S more soup SUPPLEMENTS: multiple vitamin iron magnesium VB1, B6, B12 Vitamin A vitamin C vitamin D vitamin E Omega oils calcium citrate 1 fluid pill with potassium Nancy B & Rufus

HI Nancy,

I just started my day out with a protein drink.  Cookies and cream.  Not bad.  Have not been feeling well and I had to force it down.

The rest of the day I am unsure of, but I know it isn't going to be hard to make.

Just tried a new receipt for "Vanilla Pancakes" I was surprised by the taste and the small amount of carbs.
1/4 cup vanilla whey powder,    130 cal    3 g carb       26 protein
1/4 cup ricotta cheese                     90 cal    4 g  carb        6
1 egg                                                    75 cal    0 g carb         6       
1 tbs heavy cream                            50 cal    0 carbs          0 
1 tsp baking powder                       ?           ?                      ?     
1 packet  splenda                                ?           ?                      ?       
                     total                              345 cals     7 carb        38 protein

 I put 0 cal maple syrup on and couldn't eat both of them. A little high in cals, but a tasty breakfast that I sometime crave.
Don't blame me. I voted for Sarah......

Left the house without planning this morning . . . always a mistake. There were no more protein bars in my desk drawer.

B - Kashi Bar - donated to me by my boss.
L - Wendy's Chili with cheddar cheese and four saltine crackers
S - choc. pudding cup
D - ? we may go out, we have errands tonight, probably fish or chicken and vegetable
S - Spiced Chai in 8 oz. 1% milk
