What are we eating-TUESDAY?
Hello, everyone!
I had a productive Monday…house cleaning…..well okay..I did SOME..made a really nice meatloaf, garlic whipped potatoes, baby carrots & mini ears of corn w/snow peas & salad for dinner. Visited Mother….gave her the weekly pill she takes, wrote her a cheque to get her hair cut & permed and her foot care done, washed dishes, cleaned her bathroom, took away the food trays. Then I headed to my Mind for Success group meeting aka LifePath 1.
Tuesday, today, I have vacuuming to do then I have to be in Brampton for a 6 pm BPW dinner meeting. That’s a good 90 drive at the best of times and at night…..I do hate driving in unfamiliar places at night….thank goodness for GPS!
This is my TUESDAY menu plan:
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made with low fat skim milk for extra protein
S hard cooked eggs (2) mashed with low fat mayo on multigrain crackers
L home made high protein, high fibre beef, vegetable & barley soup
S banana stuffed with low fat peanut butter
D likely some kind of roast chicken or seafood dinner at the meeting
S none unless I wasn’t able to get in enough protein

Still doing okay with trying to get in my 1400 cals. Almost made it yesterday, but not quite.
