I am also sad for your loss of a co worker. I work for a bank call center. We have had our losses of co-workers. They are missed but kept in our minds.
One week to go today is all my pre surgery stuff, and next monday is surgery. Deep breath. I do know this has to be easier that open heart 2 years ago. Still some concern.
Good day to all.

Good Monday morning, ya'll.
Suicide is such a tragedy and no one can ever know the real reason. My brother committed suicide when he was 17. My sister was found in time to pump her stomach and save her life 15 years ago. My heart goes out to the family of your co-worker, and all of you, as well, George.
It's Monday!! What else can I say. My DIL brought a frozen turkey to put in my freezer yesterday and it finally hit me that Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK!!!! OMG! This morning on her way to work she brought me a new book full of holiday recipes. She knows me soooo well! I better get planning!
This weekend I had a few projects for my DIL. One of her co-workers had a sentimental teddy bear that her dog chewed on. I had to repair his snout (the bear, NOT the dog) Another co-worker needed the handle of her tote bag reattached. She works with SpEd children and one of them drools a lot. I made some bandanas lined with waterprrof material. They can tie it around his neck, it will always be there, they can wipe his mouth and his clothes won't get wet. I love helping! And sewing is something I can do that won't wear me out.
I hope everyone has a fantabulous day!
