What are we eating- SUNDAY??
Hello, everyone!
Sunday will be a challenge because we are going to a birthday party/coffee starting at 11am til about 4-5 pm. But, there are always options that I can eat..cheeses, veggies, meatballs, fruit pieces. .I avoid the chips, baked goods and booze. ( no hardship for me there)
This is my Sunday plan:
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made w/ low-fat skim milk powder to expand the protein count
S banana stuffed w/ low fat peanut butter
L I will fill up on raw veggies, nuts, cheeses and other GOOD proteins at the party
S more cheeses and good stuff there
D (very late) homemade vegetable-beef-barley soup at home (already made so I wont be tempted into eating bad stuff)
S very likely 2 hard-boiled eggs mashed with low-fat mayonaise on multigrain crackers just to get in more protein.

i have no clue cept about dinner, which will be the steak we did not eat
last nite
so far i have had two mugs of coffee, and im thinking about breakfast, just
not sure yet.
lunch will prob be cheese and a few crackers as im heading up to the
hospital again to see mom and will eat on the run.

I decided to make a plan yesterday, and sure enough, got too busy at work to have a real lunch, but at least I managed to get to my target 1400 cals in anyway.
Here's how yesterday shook out:
B--bkfst burrito on ww tortilla w/ turkey bkfst sausage and eggbeaters
s- latte--FF SF
s- Protein drink
l-- 3 sm slices corned beef w/ ff cream cheese, benefit bar
s- cottage cheese/yogurt
d--grilled chicken salad w/ FF dressing and 6 tortillla chips
s- FF SF latte
s- ff sf pudding
cals: 1410 fat; 38 carb: 139 pro: 130
